Project Context

The role is for a Premium/Grade‑A commercial office project in Pune, in the Design phase under a developer delivery model. The site team is medium size (5‑15).

Role Summary

You will drive automation of BIM workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance coordination. Your work will directly cut design clashes and accelerate project delivery. You will collaborate closely with design and coordination teams to implement 4D/5D simulation and clash detection.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design‑stage BIM automation using 2D/3D AutoCAD and 4D/5D simulation tools.\n- Develop and maintain scripting solutions for clash detection and coordination drawing generation.\n- Collaborate with design engineers to integrate BIM standards and workflows across disciplines.\n- Validate automation outputs against design intent and project specifications.\n- Mentor junior BIM team members on best practices in automation and quality control.\n- Coordinate with project managers to track progress and mitigate design‑phase risks.

Education & Specialization

**Required education:** Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Must-Have

- Proficient in 2D & 3D AutoCAD\n- Experience with 4D/5D BIM simulation\n- Strong understanding of BIM standards and clash detection\n- Experience in automation scripting for BIM workflows\n- Attention to detail in coordination drawings

Nice-to-Have

- Knowledge of Revit or Dynamo\n- Python scripting for BIM\n- Experience with BIM collaboration platforms
