Billing & Estimation Engineer

<p>- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from GFC architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and develop comprehensive BOQs for high-rise residential towers (RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, painting, façade, and basic MEP interfaces).</p><p>- Develop cost estimates, rate analyses (DSR/market-based), and project budgets for civil and finishing works;
