Senior Architect

<p>- Lead the architectural design for high-rise residential towers (25+ floors), from concept and schematic stages through municipal submissions and GFC drawings, ensuring alignment with project brief, budget, and timelines.</p><p>- Develop and review detailed unit layouts, core planning (staircases, lifts, shafts), typical floor standardization, parking layouts, façade concepts, and amenity spaces to optimize saleable area, circulation, and user experience.</p><p>- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade consultants to resolve design clashes, finalize coordinated GFC sets, and ensure technically sound, buildable solutions.</p><p>- Ensure all designs comply with applicable local building bye-laws, DCR, NBC, fire norms, and parking norms for Maharashtra/Pune, and manage timely responses to authority queries during approval processes.</p><p>- Provide design support to site teams through regular coordination meetings, RFIs, and site visits, addressing execution issues, minimizing rework, and incorporating site learnings into design revisions.</p><p>- Lead and mentor a small in-house design team, manage external consultants, monitor deliverable schedules, and ensure consistent drawing quality, documentation standards, and version control.</p><p>- Contribute to value engineering, material rationalization, and detail optimization to support
