Planning Engineer- High Rise Building

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules (weekly/monthly) for RCC, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, façade, and finishing activities using MS Project or Primavera P6.<br />- Prepare and monitor look-ahead plans (1–3 weeks, 1 month) in coordination with site execution, QS, and procurement teams, ensuring alignment of labour, shuttering, concrete, reinforcement, and material availability.<br />- Track daily and weekly progress against baseline and revised schedules; identify slippages, analyse root causes, and propose practical mitigation and recovery measures.<br />- Prepare and issue daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, productivity reports, and S-curves for internal management and client/PMC review.<br />- Coordinate with site engineers, QS, procurement, and subcontractors to sequence works efficiently, minimise rework, and optimise resource utilisation while maintaining safety and quality standards.<br />- Support planning inputs for billing, cost control, and cash flow projections by linking physical progress with measurement and invoicing milestones.<br />- Participate in progress review meetings with client/PMC and consultants, presenting schedule status, key risks, and agreed action plans.

**Required education:** B.E./B.Tech or Diploma or B.Arch **Specialization:** Civil Engineering
