Quality Inspector

- Carry out routine inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.<br />- Verify workmanship and materials against relevant IS codes, project specifications, and checklists; promptly highlight non-conformances to the site engineer/QA-QC engineer.<br />- Assist in setting up and maintaining quality control processes at site, including inspection test plans (ITPs), checklists, and standard operating procedures for key civil activities.<br />- Prepare and update daily quality inspection reports, material inspection records, and snag lists; support in tracking closure of NCRs and punch points.<br />- Coordinate with site execution teams, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure correct implementation of sleeves, openings, embedments, and other interfaces during civil works.<br />- Support site engineers in planning inspections in line with construction schedules, ensuring hold points and witness points are respected to avoid delays and rework.<br />- Enforce adherence to site safety and housekeeping standards during inspections, escalating unsafe practices and quality risks to the concerned engineer or supervisor.
