Project Context
Large‑scale commercial office development (₹100 Cr+) in Pune, India. Project in pre‑construction, consultant delivery model. Small on‑site team (1–5) supported by client’s design and procurement.
Role Summary
Lead BIM coordination to produce clash‑free models, optimise schedule and cost, and drive informed decisions during pre‑construction.
Key Responsibilities
• Create 2D/3D Revit models (A/S/MEP) compliant with IFC
• Run 4D/5D Navisworks simulations for constructability & sequencing
• Conduct clash detection & resolve conflicts with design/engineering
• Draft BIM execution plans, BBS and working drawings
• Manage model updates & collaboration via BIM 360
• Generate accurate quantities and BIM‑enabled BOQs for procurement
• Leverage AI‑driven coordination tools to streamline workflows
• Mentor junior BIM staff and disseminate best practices
Education & Specialization
**Required education:** B.E. (Civil)
Must-Have
• ≥3 yrs BIM experience
• Revit & Navisworks proficiency
• Deep IFC knowledge
• Clash‑detection expertise
• Strong communication & coordination skills
Nice-to-Have
• AWS or Azure cloud familiarity
• Dynamo scripting for Revit
• BIM 360 Docs experience
• 3D rendering skills
