Senior Architect

- Type: Commercial Office, Premium/Grade‑A - Phase: Design - Delivery model: Consultant (PMC style) - Site team: Medium (5‑15 professionals) with multidisciplinary architects, MEP engineers, and construction planners. - Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Senior Architect will spearhead the design of premium commercial office projects, ensuring that conceptual, schematic and detailed designs meet code, client expectations and schedule. The role drives BIM coordination, stakeholder communication and quality assurance to secure timely approvals.

- Lead concept development and schematic design for Grade‑A office projects. - Produce and validate 2D & 3D Revit models for substation and electrical equipment integration. - Coordinate BIM 360 workflows and clash‑detection using Navisworks for 4D/5D simulation. - Prepare and review Building Information Models, BBS and quantity surveys for accuracy. - Liaise with MEP, structural and civil teams to resolve design conflicts and maintain code compliance. - Deliver design documentation, drawings and specifications that satisfy client and regulatory requirements. - Mentor junior staff on BIM standards, AutoCAD drafting and advanced drafting techniques. - Support project manager in preparing the planning approval package.

**Required education:** B Arch

- B Arch or equivalent degree - Minimum 6 years architectural experience - Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and CAD drafting - Strong understanding of building codes and regulations - Proven project delivery in commercial setting

- BIM 360 experience - LEED or green building certification - Advanced HVAC design knowledge - Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks
