Sr Architect

- Lead end-to-end architectural design for high-rise residential towers (20+ floors), including unit planning, cores, podiums, parking, amenities, and façade concepts.<br />- Prepare, review, and coordinate municipal submission drawings, working drawings, and GFCs in line with Pune/PMC local by-laws, DCR, NBC, and developer standards.<br />- Drive multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade consultants to resolve design interfaces, avoid clashes, and ensure buildable, cost-effective solutions.<br />- Optimize area efficiency (carpet vs. saleable), parking and podium planning, and vertical circulation to meet business targets while maintaining functional and aesthetic quality.<br />- Manage design documentation, RFIs, and design change control in coordination with project management, contracts, and sales/marketing teams, ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.<br />- Support project teams during pre-construction and execution phases through design clarifications, detail development, and periodic site visits to reduce rework and quality issues.<br />- Contribute to internal and client/stakeholder presentations using 2D/3D visualization tools to communicate design intent and secure timely approvals.
