Project Manager – Construction Site

Role Summary
The Project Manager – Construction Site will be responsible for end-to-end management of project execution at site, from detailed planning and micro-scheduling through to handover. You will ensure that industrial, warehouse, road, and commercial office projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is critical in stabilizing site operations, recovering delays where needed, and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site execution for industrial, warehouse, road, and commercial office projects under the EPC model, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.<br />- Prepare and manage detailed construction schedules, micro-plans, and look-ahead plans using MS Project or equivalent tools; track progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.<br />- Coordinate and supervise all civil works (RCC, steel, PEB structures, foundations, floors, pavements), internal/external roads, storm water and utilities, and integration with MEP and finishing works.<br />- Manage and guide multidisciplinary site teams (engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workmen), ensuring effective resource planning, productivity, and resolution of day-to-day site issues.<br />- Drive implementation of quality and safety standards at site, including inspections, checklists, method statements, toolbox talks, and compliance with EHS requirements.<br />- Handle client and consultant interactions at site, including progress review meetings, technical clarifications, variation discussions, and timely submission of documentation and reports.<br />- Coordinate with commercial/contract teams for BOQs, RA bills, measurements, and basic cost and time control, supporting claims, change orders, and project close-out documentation.
