Role Summary
The Graphic Designer will create and manage all visual communication materials for real estate and construction-related projects, from concept to final artwork, across print and digital channels. You will ensure that every brochure, hoarding, site branding element, and digital creative accurately reflects the project’s architectural features while meeting brand, quality, and cost objectives. Your work will directly support pre-construction marketing, helping reduce rework, control printing and campaign costs, and improve the effectiveness of project launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop branding concepts and visual identities for new real estate projects, ensuring consistency across brochures, flyers, hoardings, site branding, and digital platforms.<br />- Interpret architectural floor plans, elevations, and 3D renders to create accurate, clear, and attractive layouts for marketing collaterals and sales presentations.<br />- Design and deliver print-ready artwork (CMYK, correct bleed, resolution, and color profiles) for brochures, outdoor hoardings, standees, site boards, and in-office branding.<br />- Create digital creatives for social media, email campaigns, and online ads, aligned with project positioning, target audience, and campaign timelines.<br />- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, project teams) and external vendors (printers, signage fabricators, agencies) to ensure timely, high-quality output and adherence to budgets.<br />- Maintain version control, file organization, and quality checks to minimize design errors, reprints, and last-minute corrections.<br />- Support continuous improvement of design templates, brand guidelines, and workflows to reduce rework and improve turnaround time.
