Role Summary
As Lead MEP BIM Engineer you will own the creation and maintenance of accurate 2D/3D MEP models, ensuring seamless integration with the master model and compliance with local regulations. Your work will directly enable the planning‑approval package to be delivered on time, propelling the project from design to approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D Revit models for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil BIM models to identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
- Ensure all MEP designs adhere to local codes and project specifications.
- Prepare and review planning‑approval drawings and documentation.
- Liaise with project coordinator and client representatives for clarifications.
- Maintain accurate project BIM standards and update the master model.
- Support the team in BIM execution plan implementation.
- Mentor junior BIM staff as required.
Education & Specialization
**Required education:** b.tech
Must-Have
- Mechanical engineering degree (B.Tech).

- Experience with Revit MEP workflows.
