Senior Site Engineer

<p>- Lead day-to-day structural execution for high-rise RCC works including foundations, raft/footings, shear walls, core walls, columns, and slabs, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and method statements.</p><p>- Participate in pre-construction planning: front planning of work fronts, resource planning (labour, shuttering, staging, plant &amp; machinery), and micro-scheduling in coordination with the planning team.</p><p>- Review GFC, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination drawings; identify clashes/discrepancies; raise and track RFIs; and ensure timely resolution with consultants and client/PMC.</p><p>- Prepare and review method statements, pour plans, bar bending schedules (BBS), and shuttering/staging schemes for high-rise towers, ensuring constructability, safety, and productivity.</p><p>- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for structural works, including checklists, concrete quality control, cube testing, and inspection protocols to minimize rework and ensure compliance.</p><p>- Enforce safety practices on site, particularly for high-rise work-at-height, scaffolding, formwork, and lifting operations, in coordination with the safety team.</p><p>- Coordinate with MEP, planning, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure availability of drawings, materials, and resources in line with the construction schedule and pour sequences.</p><p><br></p><br /><br />Must-Have:<br /><p>• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of site experience on RCC residential high-rise projects (at least one project of 20+ floors completed to structure stage): B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of site experience on RCC residential high-rise projects (at least one project of 20+ floors completed to structure stage)</p><p>• Strong hands-on experience in structural works including foundations, raft/footings, shear walls, columns, slabs, and core walls for high-rise buildings: Strong hands-on experience in structural works including foundations, raft/footings, shear walls, columns, slabs, and core walls for high-rise buildings</p><p>• Proven ability to read and interpret GFC drawings, structural/architectural/MEP coordination drawings, and prepare RFIs for discrepancies: Proven ability to read and interpret GFC drawings, structural/architectural/MEP coordination drawings, and prepare RFIs for discrepancies</p><p>• Experience in preparing and reviewing method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), pour plans, and shuttering/staging schemes for high-rise towers: Experience in preparing and reviewing method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), pour plans, and shuttering/staging schemes for high-rise towers</p><p>• Practical exposure to pre-construction planning activities such as front planning of work fronts, resource planning, and micro-scheduling in coordination with planning team: Practical exposure to pre-construction planning activities such as front planning of work fronts, resource planning, and micro-scheduling in coordination with planning team</p><p>• Solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, concrete quality control, cube testing, and checklists for structural works to minimize rework: Solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, concrete quality control, cube testing, and checklists for structural works to minimize rework</p><p>• Working knowledge of safety practices for high-rise construction including work-at-height, scaffolding, and lifting operations: Working knowledge of safety practices for high-rise construction including work-at-height, scaffolding, and lifting operations</p><p>• Willingness to work full-time at site in Pune with immediate or short notice joining: Willingness to work full-time at site in Pune with immediate or short notice joining</p><br /><br />Nice-to-Have:<br /><p>Experience working with reputed EPC contractors or large Grade-A developers on high-rise residential projects: Experience working with reputed EPC contractors or large Grade-A developers on high-rise residential projects</p><p>Exposure to MEP interface management during structural stage (sleeves, inserts, openings, builder works): Exposure to MEP interface management during structural stage (sleeves, inserts, openings, builder works)</p><p>Prior involvement in pre-construction activities such as constructability reviews and value engineering workshops: Prior involvement in pre-construction activities such as constructability reviews and value engineering workshops</p><p>Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers and supervisors on site: Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers and supervisors on site</p><p>Basic understanding of contract conditions, BOQ items, and quantity tracking for structural works: Basic understanding of contract conditions, BOQ items, and quantity tracking for structural works</p>
