Jr. Quality Engineer

<p>- Conduct routine and stage-wise inspections for RCC, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing works as per approved drawings, ITPs, and IS codes.</p><p>- Assist in setting up and maintaining site quality processes, including inspection checklists, material approval workflows, sampling/testing protocols, and quality logs.</p><p>- Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and test reports in coordination with the Quality Lead.</p><p>- Coordinate with site execution teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely inspections, resolve quality issues, and close NCRs and punch list items within defined timelines.</p><p>- Monitor material quality (concrete, steel, blocks, plaster materials, waterproofing systems, finishes) and ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and approved samples.</p><p>- Support interface coordination between civil and MEP works to avoid clashes, rework, and quality defects, especially in shafts, wet areas, and service zones.</p><p>- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports, maintain first-pass inspection acceptance records, and provide inputs for management reviews and client/consultant meetings.</p><br /><br />Must-Have:<br /><p>B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC on building projects (preferably high-rise or commercial): B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC on building projects (preferably high-rise or commercial)</p><p>Hands-on experience with site quality inspections for RCC, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing works: Hands-on experience with site quality inspections for RCC, formwork, reinforcement, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing works</p><p>Practical knowledge of IS codes and relevant standards for concrete, steel, materials testing, and workmanship for building projects: Practical knowledge of IS codes and relevant standards for concrete, steel, materials testing, and workmanship for building projects</p><p>Experience in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and test reports: Experience in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation such as ITPs, checklists, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and test reports</p><p>Ability to coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, and consultants to close NCRs and punch list items within defined timelines: Ability to coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, and consultants to close NCRs and punch list items within defined timelines</p><p>Strong documentation and reporting skills in MS Excel/Word, including maintaining quality logs and tracking first-pass inspection acceptance: Strong documentation and reporting skills in MS Excel/Word, including maintaining quality logs and tracking first-pass inspection acceptance</p><p>Willingness to work full-time at site in Kharadi with flexibility for extended hours as per project needs: Willingness to work full-time at site in Kharadi with flexibility for extended hours as per project needs</p><br /><br />Nice-to-Have:<br /><p>Exposure to quality systems such as ISO 9001 or internal QMS implementation on construction projects: Exposure to quality systems such as ISO 9001 or internal QMS implementation on construction projects</p><p>Experience on high-rise towers (25+ floors) with MIVAN/Aluform or similar formwork systems: Experience on high-rise towers (25+ floors) with MIVAN/Aluform or similar formwork systems</p><p>Basic understanding of MEP quality interfaces with civil works in high-rise and commercial office projects: Basic understanding of MEP quality interfaces with civil works in high-rise and commercial office projects</p><p>Prior experience with EPC contractors or reputed Grade-A developers/PMCs: Prior experience with EPC contractors or reputed Grade-A developers/PMCs</p><p>Working knowledge of snagging/punch list management tools or digital QA documentation platforms: Working knowledge of snagging/punch list management tools or digital QA documentation platforms</p>
