Junior Architect

<p>- Prepare and develop architectural working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) for residential buildings and interior fit-outs from concept to GFC/working drawing stage.</p><p>- Produce accurate, clean, and well-layered 2D AutoCAD drawings for site execution, including staircase, toilet, kitchen, door-window schedules, and basic joinery details.</p><p>- Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings and documentation in line with Haryana Building Bye Laws, NBC norms, and applicable local regulations.</p><p>- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants, incorporate their markups into architectural drawings, and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and services layouts.</p><p>- Work closely with project managers and site teams to clarify drawings, issue revisions, and support in setting up drawing control and site documentation processes to minimize rework.</p><p>- Support material selection and detailing for finishes, fixtures, and built-in furniture, ensuring practicality, durability, and alignment with project budgets.</p><p>- Contribute to basic 3D views/presentation drawings and design intent communication for internal reviews and
