Purchase Head

<p>- Lead end-to-end procurement for high-rise residential projects, covering civil (RCC, structural steel, cement, aggregates, reinforcement), finishing (tiles, doors/windows, paints, waterproofing, joinery), MEP (electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, HVAC), and façade systems.</p><p>- Develop and implement annual and project-wise procurement plans aligned with construction schedules, budgets, and cash-flow projections, in coordination with planning, site teams, and management.</p><p>- Set up, manage, and continuously improve purchase processes and controls, including PR–PO–GRN cycles, rate contracts, comparative statements, approval workflows, and documentation/record-keeping.</p><p>- Drive strategic sourcing and negotiations to achieve measurable cost savings while maintaining quality and reliability; consolidate vendors and optimize purchase volumes where feasible.</p><p>- Draft, review, and finalize purchase orders and rate contracts with clear commercial terms, technical specifications, delivery schedules, payment terms, penalties, and warranty/guarantee clauses.</p><p>- Coordinate closely with site, planning, contracts, accounts, and stores to monitor material requirements, delivery status, stock levels, and to resolve supply, quality, or billing issues promptly.</p><p>- Build and manage a robust vendor base, including evaluation, empanelment, performance monitoring, and periodic review meetings to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and commercial commitments.</p><p><br></p><br /><br />Must-Have:<br /><p>10-15 years of core purchase/procurement
