Senior Architect

- Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion, developing design proposals and detailed drawings. - Prepare specifications, drawings, and documentation ensuring compliance with codes and standards. - Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to integrate design requirements, resolve technical issues and manage timelines. - Oversee and mentor junior architects and designers, reviewing their work for quality and consistency. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and ensure design intent is achieved. - Facilitate design reviews and stakeholder presentations, incorporating feedback into project deliverables. - Continuously improve design and delivery processes through best practices and lessons learned.

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design with experience leading complex design projects; practical experience in software development and integration related to architectural tools, modeling, or BIM; demonstrated project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination; proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Building Information Modeling; knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Pune Division; excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
