Senior Architect – Project Management (Architecture & Design)

• Develop a clear understanding of client objectives, scope, and delivery requirements. • Set project and program workflows, production strategies, and documentation processes. • Delegate work based on project scope, timelines, and team skill sets. • Manage the delivery of client deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets. • Monitor staffing plans, resource allocation, and revenue projections across projects. • Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables are coordinated, accurate, and error‑free. • Provide technical guidance and direction to resolve complex design and documentation challenges. • Direct production and maintain quality control across construction documentation sets. • Support construction administration, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and project close‑out activities. • Lead, mentor, and support architects, designers, and Project Leaders.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent; 10+ years of experience in retail and rollout‑focused architectural projects; prior experience on global retail or F&B programs preferred.
