About the role
Responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for large private luxury estates, office buildings and high‑end commercial spaces, collaborating with project teams, render teams and external consultants to ensure accurate and efficient design documentation.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit; Draft detailed architectural and construction drawings for large‑scale projects; Prepare and manage submittals for design review and approvals; Collaborate with project, render and external consultant teams to align documentation; Ensure BIM standards and quality control across all deliverables; Participate in design coordination meetings and update models accordingly; Review and revise drawings to meet client and regulatory requirements; Mentor junior BIM staff if needed.
Requirements
Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM); Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings; Experience in preparing and managing Submittals; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work on-site in Chennai or Mumbai; Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
