About the role
Senior Architect responsible for leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary design team. The role drives project narratives from concept to delivery, maintains client relationships, and advances sustainable design practice. Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from detailed drawings and technical specifications to final execution.
- Team Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce comprehensive drawing packages, setting clear schedules and budgets.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety standards, manage budgets, and resolve construction issues.
- Client & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and teams, fostering open and transparent communication.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in architecture and construction.
- Technical Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing design flair across diverse projects, proficiency in sketching, graphic illustration, and 3D modeling.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, decision‑making, and time‑management skills; ability to stay calm and analytical under pressure.
