Role & responsibilities Generate/review technical submittals, drawing, material specification etc. as per Company standard. Day to Day monitoring work and planning the entire work. Preparing and submitting all work inspection test reports (WIR). Materials/ work inspection to inspect with consultant. Equipment selection as per required Diversity factor and architectural layout. Attending meeting with Consultant to resolve the site related issues. Execution of projects that include installation of HVAC ducts, piping, valve and duct accessories. Material Inspection as approved make and as per approved TDS. Preparing work statements method as per client specification. Assisting design team for Drawing, technical data sheets, material approval. Planning, witness and documentation for Installation, Testing and commissioning of HVAC, Transformers,Panel & STP & STP. Coordination Execution of projects that involve Plumbing & Fire-Fighting works. Analyzing and understanding the drawings received from the design department. Co-relating the drawing with actual site condition. To keep a close look and monitor the project work within a given time frame & weekly planning on the basis of the performance of the activity. Material approvals as per specification of BOQ. Coordination with sub-contractors on a day-to- day basis for the required execution. Verifying measurements of Contractors. Measurement of installed quantity and billing to client. Handing over the project after completion to customer as well as service department. Preferred candidate profile Experience- 5 yrs to 10 yrs Should Have electrical Background. Should have completed, preferable school or commercial building project with High side electrical.
