We had the privilege of serving Heat treatment requirements of Earthmoving and Automobile Industries in around Bangalore with Pit type, Bogie Hearth, Sealed Quench, Vacuum and Plasma Furnaces. Bangalore Technomet Private Limited [BTPL] is established in year 1987 as Heat treatment Service center in Peenya Industrial Estate. First commercial unit which had OXYGEN PROBE for Pit Type Furnace and in-house Metallurgical lab. Nashik Technomet Private Limited [NTPL] was promoted in 2007 exclusively to cater to M/s Bosch Ltd after signing MOU to set up Sealed Quench Furnace and Automatic Phosphating Surface treatment facilities adhering to CQI-9 and CQI-12 requirements of AIAG with in-house Metallurgical Lab facilities. Now to meet your expectations we have commissioned Semi-Automatic 600kgs Sealed Quench Furnaces to achieve higher levels of Consistency, Cleanliness & Excellence. Established in 2011 the First commercial Unit with AUSTEMPERING FACILITIES for Swedish based M/s Atlas Copco India Ltd along with four Sealed Quench furnaces. Later on, signed second MOU with same company for Hydraulic Project with three Sealed Quench Furnace Set up. Triad Technomet Private Limited [TTPL] was promoted in 2015 to take up exclusive Heat treatment Job works for M/s Avtec Ltd after signing MOU with C K Birla Group company to put SQF plant in side their premises in Hosur to heat treat 100 % export gears for Punch Power / Volkswagen. Agreement was signed with M/s Bharat Gears Limited to set up two Sealed Quench Furnaces in Mumbra,Thane for export job. In 2019, signed MOU with Jagadamba Auto Components Ltd to set up two Sealed Quench Furnaces in Sanaswadi,Pune giving the company a strong presence in Maharashtra region.
