I am Abhinav R B .I started my career as a GET(General engineering Trainee) in MFL(Meghmani finchmen Ltd) based on the construction of Piping such as stainless steel(ss)pipes,connection of carbon steel (cs)pipes , tank connections etc..It was about mostly 1 year construction work...After that the company I was working (Quilon Real industries pvt Ltd) shifted to me to the same site (MFL) as a structural engineer based on the work of H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) structual works and errections upto 48m height...It was about 140 cr project .Mostly completing that work company gave me a promotion as a project engineer to do a small project Of IBR( Indian boiler regulation) pipes where hot water is passing through for industrial works.. There I got familiar with PRS(Pressure regulation system) connections.. It take abt 6 to 7 months to complete the project, billing(MS excel) etc.. Then I had transfered to Karnataka Malkhed Rajashree Birla ultratech pvt Ltd as a planning engineer of construction of 4 Boiler in sites in one industry itself (PH1 PH2 AVP1 AVP2) I had worked here about 2 years based on the construction of ducts, piping, tubes, structural coulumns, greetings etc... The overall scope was abt 1120 and is about 200cr project it was..Later I turned into doing turnkey projects of waste water treatment like etp/stp process equipment errection installation and piping...1 year I worked in a banglore based company oxytona water India pvt ltd ,I had done 2 projects of stp process .one project was in techno City trivandrum (suntech) and other was in vizhinjam port .After that I worked in parth projects and constructions pvt ltd in vadodra gujrat ..on the contract base I had done two projects one in grassim birla cheyyar and grassim birla chamrajnagar..ETP process it was ..2 projects took about 10 months to complete...At 2023 I joined as a Mechanical planning- piping engineer in Gulf Asia company pvt Ltd in Doha Qatar. The construction work was in Ras laffan industries in Ras laffan industrial area in Al dahidra-kharwa Qatar. The scope is about 6350 ton including structure piping Boilers and equipments . As a planning piping engineer I have to look after the  spool master, fit up and weld offer in Truenote,making DPR of Daily fit ups and weld out.Material loading unloading lists as well as drawing schedules, NDT work inspection reports, certifications etc.From 2025 to still now working at servetech middle East LLC Pvt Ltd as a project Engineer of HDPE pipe lines ,cable pulling,cable termination,chamber works and it's documentations .
