I am working on the project Hilite Olympus , a large-scale residential development consisting of 526 high-end apartments. My role involved end-to-end management of quantity surveying and billing processes, including: Preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs. Contractor billing and client billing based on work progress. Verification of contractor claims and reconciliation of quantities. Monitoring cost control, budget adherence, and variations. Coordination with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities. Involvement in monthly progress reports and support for project audits. My contributions ensured smooth billing cycles, minimized discrepancies, and supported the financial health of the project.
