Civil Engineer with 3.5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Projects, including 3 years in Quantity Surveying & Billing and 6 months in Site Supervision. Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, RA bills, billing certification, rate analysis, and coordination with site and consultant teams to ensure accurate project execution. Currently transitioning into the BIM industry through an advanced BIM training program at Novatr, with a strong focus on Revit Structure, 3D BIM modeling, clash detection, construction documentation, and LOD standards. Gaining practical exposure to 4D BIM (time-based scheduling & construction sequencing) and 5D BIM (cost estimation, quantity extraction, and cost control), integrating BIM with planning and QS workflows. My background in QS & Billing combined with 4D and 5D BIM knowledge allows me to bridge the gap between traditional construction practices and digital construction methodologies, enabling better coordination, visualization, scheduling, and cost management.
