During the recent safety audit of the 35-storey commercial tower in Mumbai, we uncovered several critical gaps.

The audit covered 120 workers on site, and identified that guardrails were installed below the required height, posing a fall risk.

• Install guardrails to the mandated 1.8m height.
• Conduct daily fall risk assessments.
• Provide refresher training on PPE usage.
• Implement a reporting system for near misses.

By addressing these issues immediately, we prevented a potential accident and reinforced a culture of safety.
