During the steel detailing review for the 200k kg reinforcement of the Hyderabad stadium, we identified misaligned bar spacing.

The design from Titan Steel used 16 mm bars at 200 mm centers, but on site the spacing varied by 50 mm, risking structural integrity.

• Verify all bar dimensions against the latest design.
• Conduct a pre-pour bar inspection.
• Coordinate with the fabrication shop for corrections.
• Document deviations and sign off.

The corrected detailing ensures the stadium meets seismic load criteria and maintains safety for future occupants.
