The Hyderabad Convention Centre’s MEP installation slipped by two months, but by adding a 10% buffer to critical path activities, we recovered most of the lost time.

• Identify critical MEP trades early; - Allocate overtime for key tasks; - Use real‑time progress dashboards; - Coordinate weekly syncs with all vendors.

We finished the MEP fit‑out only 3 weeks behind the original deadline, and the client appreciated the transparent recovery plan.
