At the 8‑storey commercial tower in Hyderabad, we monitored 500 cubic metres of fresh concrete to meet the project’s C20/25 strength requirement. Sampling schedule was tightened from daily to every 4 hours during the first 48 hours after pour.

• Introduced a mobile app for field data capture and instant trend analysis.
• Collaborated with supplier 'CementCo' to provide pre‑mixed bags with built‑in slump indicators.
• Conducted on‑site laboratory compressive tests every 24 hours.
• Adjusted water‑cement ratio in real time based on lab results.

C20/25 Strength Target was consistently met, reducing rework by 18%.
