In Bengaluru’s high‑rise office complex, we adopted a real‑time slump meter from CEMCON India to monitor 50,000 m³ of concrete deliveries.

• Calibrate meter before each batch.
• Record slump readings in the dispatch log.
• Compare against design specification ±15 mm.
• Re‑mix batches that fall outside tolerance.

The CEMCON 42.5 system cut rejected pours by 24% and helped maintain the 14‑day compressive strength target.
