During the Delhi municipal bridge project, we leveraged SteelLink’s 3D CAD detailing to manage 200 tonnes of rebar across 30 span sections.

• Verify bar spacing against load calculations.
• Align sleeve placements with slab openings.
• Export clash reports to BIM model.
• Adjust reinforcement layout before on‑site cutting.

The 3D CAD approach decreased on‑site rebar clashes by 41% and saved 18 man‑days of re‑work.
