While executing the Pune residential tower, we used PlanSync to model a 1.2 million sq ft schedule and incorporate weather buffers.

• Identify critical path activities.
• Apply 10% time buffers to high‑risk tasks.
• Review schedule weekly with stakeholders.
• Trigger corrective actions when deviations exceed 5%.

The PlanSync methodology allowed us to recover 3 weeks of lost time without extending the final handover date.
