The 12-month municipal water treatment plant in Delhi faced a 2-month setback when monsoon rains halted excavation.

To recover, we introduced a parallel works strategy, allowing trench lining to proceed while earthworks resumed.

• Reallocate labor to high-priority tasks.
• Secure temporary drainage to protect active zones.
• Extend contractor working hours.
• Maintain open communication with the client.

The plant is now back on track, with the commissioning date shifted only 3 weeks later.
