In Jaipur’s heritage hotel renovation, we partnered with MechCo India to coordinate 150 kW HVAC and 200 kVA power systems within the existing structure.

• Conduct joint BIM walkthroughs monthly.
• Align duct runs with fire protection routes.
• Verify conduit sizing against load tables.
• Document coordination decisions in shared log.

The MechCo clash‑free plan eliminated 5 days of re‑routing work and kept the project on budget.
