At the 5‑storey commercial complex in Pune, we ran a concrete batch test on 80 m³ of mix #C30.

The lab results showed a slump of 180 mm, exceeding the 150 mm target, which meant better workability for the high‑rise façade.

• Verify mix proportions daily.
• Use portable slump meters.
• Record temperature and humidity.
• Adjust admixture dosage on the fly.

Lesson learned: slump control is critical for uniform surface finish and early strength gain.
