At the 15‑m² slab for the new logistics hub in Pune, the mix design from CCE Mixes had a slump drop of 15 cm after 30 min. We implemented a pre‑mix water‑additive trial that stabilized slump to 25 cm, ensuring a 2.5 mm compressive strength target in 28 days. Result: 0.9 % increase in batch consistency.
